With Eaglesoft’s Mobile feature, the world’s most powerful practice management software is wherever you are.

New to the release of Eaglesoft 17, this web-based feature gives you access to your patient information from all your devices, anywhere you have Internet access.

In particular, Guggenheim said, Eaglesoft Mobile makes great strides in improving the practice lifestyle. Many of the same tasks – like editing Post Procedure Notes, viewing upcoming Appointments or, yes, changing or editing Tasks – that would’ve required a staff member to be onsite, can now be accessed remotely.

That’s because Eaglesoft Mobile works seamlessly with your Eaglesoft Application Database to deliver you up-to-date information even when you’re not onsite. Eaglesoft Mobile’s real-time integration works both ways, so when you make a change to a Task or Post Procedure Note in Eaglesoft Mobile, it’s also updated in the application database you access through your office computers. “We are beyond excited to start rolling out Eaglesoft Mobile to our customers,” said Patterson Technology Marketing Manager Jana Berghoff, RDH, FAADOM. “It’s another way we are optimizing the Eaglesoft experience, and it’s thanks in part to Eaglesoft users telling us where they want the software to go.”

Eaglesoft Mobile’s intuitive user interface includes relevant, up-to-the-minute news with the same RSS feed you find in the full software. Its left-aligned navigation panel highlights the areas of your Eaglesoft database that you can access at any time, from any screen.

The Accounts feature allows you to access a wide array of patient information. This includes financial data, including account balance and service history, for any patient. Just search by last name, and then select the account you want to review.
