Success with CEREC
Just days after opening the new practice, Dr. Eliopoulos and his team felt a dramatic difference. Keeping with his tradition of exploring new technology, Dr. Eliopoulos prioritized upgrades and installations in the year prior to the move. Taking time to gain knowledge about CEREC before moving to his new building is one way Dr. Eliopoulos offers great advice to upcoming dentists. “When moving, focus on set-up, not learning new technology. If you are always evolving, you’ll have more time for what is important.”

After taking a Discovery course sponsored by Sirona and Patterson, Dr. Eliopoulos purchased a CEREC MC XL unit. “I really embrace CEREC. I’ve taken all the courses and met so many talented individuals at the Scottsdale Center.”
A year and a half after installing CEREC, he considers it the second of his two keys to success, along with Eaglesoft. Schick Digital X-ray and Sirona Digital products also work seamlessly with Eaglesoft, helping his practice retain a high level of efficiency and standout customer service. “We have so much technology in this practice. Digital X-rays have been a staple for more than 10 years within the practice. I decided CEREC was the future of dentistry before we moved.”
Tradition of Excellence
Strong relationships have come easily to Dr. Eliopoulos, who has seen many sets of teeth grow into adulthood as patients aged. For more than 18 years, Patterson staff members Pellicano and Territory Representative Elise Marrano have partnered with Dr. Eliopoulos in what each believes to be one of the best teams available. Pellicano said Dr. Eliopoulos “reminds me each visit about the power of relationships and trust.”
From the ergonomic placement of trays and cabinets to the bright windows for patients to daydream from, the practice reflects the mission and values of its creator. The culmination of 26 years of innovative dentistry has proved that Dr. Eliopoulos has the winning formula for innovation and success. True to his roots, Dr. Eliopoulos may have a brand new building, but hasn’t lost any of his humility or small-town values.
