From working with Patterson Dental to equipping his operatories with A-dec chairs and cabinetry, Dr. Todd relied on his father’s wisdom every step of the way as he built a new office in Birmingham, Ala. “My dad is an unreal business person,” Dr. Todd said. “After 10 years of experience learning from my dad how to run a business, I had a very strong ideal.”
While his father’s practice philosophy provided a sound foundation to work from, Dr. Todd had his own unique vision for the new space.
Going the Distance
After graduating from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry in 2001, Dr. Todd moved to Enterprise to practice with his father, whose office was featured in Patterson Today in 2002.
Dr. Todd built up a very successful practice over the years, but something was missing. “My wife and I wanted more social opportunities and to be part of a bigger community,” he said. The couple decided to relocate to Birmingham.
